Orgalorg and the Lords of Org are a Vancouver, Canada-based instrumental death metal project. Created to cope with the chronic illness of a loved one, their debut album Desolation explores uncertainty, frustration, fear, and hope for the possibility of resolution. They draw on broad influences from death metal, black metal, blackgaze, and even synthwave to create their own unique sound.
